Job summary

Future Projects, a Norwich-based charity, is seeking a Quality and Impact Manager to strengthen project management, quality, data and impact systems across the organisation, helping teams deliver effective, sustainable services.

You will work with department heads and project leads to support planning, mobilisation, delivery, review, transition and closure, provide practical support and challenge, and oversee progress, risk, compliance and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quality, improvement and project management.
• Experience supporting services through planning, mobilisation, risk management, review and closure.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Experience in quality assurance, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Able to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to understand performance, outcomes and risk.
• Knowledge of UK data-protection requirements and data protection lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support service and project planning, mobilisation, sustainability, transition and closure.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance, project management and improvement systems.
• Monitor KPIs, outputs, outcomes, milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and performance issues early.
• Provide planning support, problem-solving, coaching and constructive challenge to improve performance.
• Coordinate funding and contract monitoring and reporting, including deadlines, evidence and submissions.
• Work with Finance and accountable leads to monitor budgets, forecasts and funding conditions.
• Lead CRM, data collection, monitoring, evaluation and impact arrangements, improving data quality and consistency.
• Analyse data, feedback and evidence to identify trends, demonstrate impact and inform service improvement.
• Act as Data Protection Lead, overseeing policies, records, training, audits and data-protection issues.
• Support funding bids, service development and organisational planning through evidence, evaluation and sector insight.
• Build organisational capability through guidance, coaching, tools and shared learning, and represent Future Projects with funders, commissioners, partners and other stakeholders.
