Job summary

Future Projects is seeking a Quality and Impact Manager in Norwich to strengthen project management, quality, data and impact systems. You will support services through planning, mobilisation, delivery, and closure, while overseeing risk, compliance and resources usage.

You will lead CRM, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, act as Data Protection Lead, and drive continuous improvement with evidence and sector insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quality, improvement and project management.
• Experience supporting services through planning, mobilisation, risk management, review and closure.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support service and project planning, mobilisation, sustainability, transition and closure.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance, project management and improvement systems.
• Monitor KPIs, outputs, outcomes, milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and performance issues early.
• Provide planning support, problem-solving, coaching and constructive challenge to improve performance.
• Coordinate funding and contract monitoring and reporting, including deadlines, evidence and submissions.
• Work with Finance and accountable leads to monitor budgets, forecasts and funding conditions.
• Lead CRM, data collection, monitoring, evaluation and impact arrangements, improving data quality and consistency.
• Analyse data, feedback and evidence to identify trends, demonstrate impact and inform service improvement.
• Act as Data Protection Lead, overseeing policies, records, training, audits and data-protection issues.
• Support funding bids, service development and organisational planning through evidence, evaluation and sector insight.
• Build organisational capability through guidance, coaching, tools and shared learning, and represent Future Projects with funders, commissioners, partners and other stakeholders.
