Responsibilities

Act as the strategic link between the business and ICT to align priorities and investments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, stakeholders, ICT colleagues and suppliers.
Identify opportunities where technology can improve services, efficiency and enable transformational change.
Lead the development of business cases for ICT and digital investment aligned to strategy.
Escalate ICT service delivery issues and drive resolution and continuous improvement across teams.
Translate technical concepts into clear business-focused recommendations for decision-makers.
