Job summary

Network IT in the West Midlands invites applications for Head of ICT & Digital Services. This fixed-term role leads an enterprise-wide digital, data and technology transformation programme, designing and mobilising new operating models and service performance improvements across the organisation.

You will oversee ICT operations, governance, cyber resilience and budgets, build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.

Qualifications

• Significant senior ICT leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record leading major transformation programmes including outsourcing/insourcing.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ICT, digital and data services.
• Lead and deliver a defined transformation programme with timelines and benefits.
• Orchestrate complex organisational change aligning technology, people, processes and governance.
• Oversee ICT operations, architecture, applications, infrastructure and service delivery.
• Manage significant revenue budgets and capital investment for transformation.
