Qualificações

• Proven health & safety leadership in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience leading or developing health & safety teams.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered or working towards IOSH (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Health & Safety professionals.
• Provide strategic health & safety leadership across a portfolio of industrial construction projects.
• Work closely with operational and project leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement divisional health & safety strategies and objectives.
• Conduct site visits, audits, inspections, and leadership engagement activities.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, company standards, and client requirements.
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a proactive and positive health & safety culture across the division.
