Job summary

Shirley Parsons in London is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead the HSW strategy on a major infrastructure programme. You will drive safety culture, wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement across a complex construction environment, reporting to the Head of HSW and guiding audits, investigations and assurance activities.

You will influence senior stakeholders, work with delivery partners and supply chain, and embed health, safety and wellbeing across the project

Qualifications

• Significant H&S leadership experience within construction, infrastructure, rail or major projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk management.
• Experience leading audits, investigations and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project HSW strategies and assurance activities.
• Oversee audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Provide expert guidance on legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Drive safety culture, wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
• Work with senior stakeholders and supply chain to embed HSW across delivery.
