Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd is supporting a leading international manufacturer in Northampton with the appointment of an EHS Manager for its site. This role focuses on driving a strong safety culture, managing EHS performance, and supporting capital projects within a fast-paced production environment.

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and possess experience in manufacturing or a similarly regulated industrial setting, with excellent stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/regulatory environment is essential.
• Strong communication and influencing skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive legal compliance, risk management and EHS performance at the Northampton site.
• Influence and coach managers and frontline teams to embed a proactive safety culture.
• Lead EHS programmes including contractor management, machinery safety, incident investigation and audits.
