Job summary

ABM Aviation UK Ltd seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR and IR across the London Heathrow PRS contract. You will shape performance and development systems, design talent frameworks and provide expert people guidance to senior operations leaders in a 24/7 aviation setting.

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will partner with cross-functional teams, drive strategic workforce planning and advise on employee relations, recruitment, learning and development to ensure service

• Strategic partnership to align HR plans with contract strategy for the London Heathrow PRS account.
• Lead and coach leaders to build capability, manage employee relations and drive engagement.
• Develop and implement workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives for a 24/7 aviation environment.
