Job summary

M&G Procurement is seeking a Category Manager for HR, Recruitment and Contingent spend. You will own the category strategy, lead high-value sourcing events, and negotiate with vendors to deliver cost reduction.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and specifications, while building credible alternatives and governance around supplier choices. This role is part of a transformation journey to move from generalist to internal commercial consultancy, offering strategic influence

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR, Recruitment or contingent category sourcing.
• Strong ability to develop category strategy and savings plans.
• Proven track record in negotiations and reducing costs.
