Job summary

74Software, in collaboration with Axway and SBS, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead transformation efforts across the UK.

You will support senior leaders through change, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while driving improvements in performance and colleague experience.

Hybrid role with 60% onsite in Sheffield and 40% remote, with travel to London and Bristol as needed, offering health coverage, retirement plans, and career development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex global organisation.
• Strong track record in supporting senior leaders through change.
• Experience managing ER matters.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively.
• Proactive, analytical, people-centred approach using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Broad generalist HR expertise with the ability to engage specialist input when required.
• Curiosity about emerging HR technology and AI, and the ability to apply these in a practical, value-adding way.
• Experience of using Workday.
• Keep policies aligned with UK employment legislation while strengthening compliance, controls and risk management.
