Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders in our Tax service line. You will deliver strategic people plans, provide coaching, and drive workforce planning, talent development and organisational change to support business success.

You will work across People & Culture to deliver a high-quality employee experience, champion inclusion and wellbeing, and ensure effective performance management and employee relations across the firm.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in a professional services or complex corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters and organisational change.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, talent development and organisation change initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management across the Tax service line.
• Coach and support people managers and partners to improve capability and outcomes.
• Collaborate with People & Culture across learning, talent, operations and finance to deliver high-quality employee experiences.
