Qualifications

• Experience in HRBP role within professional services or complex corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting employee relations and organisational change.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret people data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver service line people plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Lead performance reviews, promotions, reward and talent processes.
• Drive succession planning and talent mapping with future leaders.
• Use people data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Coach managers and partners to improve performance and engagement.
• Support organisational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Collaborate to deliver a high-quality employee experience.
• Champion inclusion, wellbeing and engagement.
• Work with Operations and Finance on workforce planning and capability.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and cross-firm projects.
