Forvis Mazars in the UK is hiring an HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to support leaders across Audit, delivering people plans aligned to our People & Culture strategy. You’ll use data, insights and strong stakeholder relationships to support performance, talent development and workforce planning.

This 9 month fixed term contract offers exposure to a high-performing team and broad business partnering experience within a leading professional services network.

Formación

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience of employee relations and organisational change.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Audit people plan and key people initiatives.
• Coordinate performance, promotion, reward and talent processes.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning, workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and provide recommendations.
• Coach and challenge managers to build high-performing teams and address people issues effectively.
• Support organisational change and employee relations matters, working closely with specialist P&C teams.
