IPSUM is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR across a defined North West region with regular travel. The role reports to the Head of HR and drives workforce planning, development, engagement and change initiatives to enable business success.

You will partner with senior leaders, influence people strategies, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment law and company policies while delivering a high-quality HR service.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as Senior HRBP in complex multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and TUPE.
• Experience with payroll activities and HR analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver region-specific people strategies with leaders.
• Provide guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
• Lead employee relations matters and ensure compliant outcomes.
• Drive change initiatives including restructures and integrations.
• Support talent management and retention.
• Lead engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
• Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll governance and HR best practice.
