IMG (International Medical Group) seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for the UK and support global people priorities. You will advise senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, while independently handling complex employee relations and investigations.

You will partner with global HR colleagues to ensure compliant, consistent practices across jurisdictions and contribute to significant business change and acquisitions

Qualifikationen

• Extensive HRBP experience at senior level with UK focus.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS principles.
• Proven skill in handling complex employee relations and investigations.
• Experience leading organisational change and workforce planning.

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across IMG UK and globally.
• Advise senior leaders on design, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead complex ER matters, restructuring, and change initiatives.
