Michael Page is supporting a public sector partner in Scotland to appoint a proactive HR Business Partner in a part-time job share, 21.5 hours per week. Chartered CIPD membership is essential and sector experience is flexible.

You will work with Directors and senior leaders to shape organisational people strategies, deliver workforce planning, and support change initiatives. This role offers flexible working, pro rata salary, and a visible impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• This role requires Chartered CIPD membership with extensive partnering experience with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and coach stakeholders in complex people issues.
• Strong organisational awareness, commercial thinking and judgements.
• Experience supporting workforce planning and organisational change.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
• Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve overall performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence and support senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
