COWI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with UK & Ireland leaders from Derby or Glasgow, in a hybrid office/home role. You will drive people strategy, advise on complex employee relations, and support talent development across the region.

You’ll work with senior leaders to ensure leadership effectiveness, implement people processes, and enable business performance through strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant HR/People & Organisation BP experience in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to guide leaders on people matters and align people priorities with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and governance.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnering with business leaders to align people priorities with objectives.
• Lead and coach leaders to build capability and onboarding programs.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning across the UK & Ireland.
• Provide guidance on performance management and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with risk-based advice.
• Support organisational design, change programmes and post-acquisition integration.
