Job summary

CI&T is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and collaborate with senior leaders across EMEA. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping people strategies that drive growth, culture, and measurable outcomes.

You'll work across the UK, Portugal and Brazil, navigating diverse markets and leading leadership development, performance processes and talent pipelines to enable transformation and sustained success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Experience across performance management, talent development, succession planning and culture.
• Experience working across countries, cultures and organisational contexts within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership across EMEA, providing insight on people, organisation, performance and workforce matters.
• Translate business strategy into practical People & Culture solutions.
• Lead end-to-end workforce planning and headcount management.
• Drive succession planning and talent development pipelines.
• Lead performance management cycles, including calibration and development planning.
• Support employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
