Showpad in London is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People Team on a hybrid basis. You will partner with executives to translate business goals into people strategies and help design organizational structures that support growth.

You will lead end-to-end People programs, coach leaders through difficult conversations, and ensure legal compliance across US/EMEA while driving continuous improvement and positive employee experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
• Ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Experience handling complex employee relations with sound judgment.
• Knowledge of US and EMEA employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and data reporting tools (Workday, Excel, Culture Amp).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across execs and managers.
• Experience in a high-growth, international software/tech company is a plus.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on HR matters including org design and workforce planning.
• Translate business goals into people strategies and identify risks and opportunities early.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fair, compliant handling.

• Maintain Workday data accuracy and generate dashboards for stakeholders.
