Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Bristol to align HR programmes with business strategies. You will manage employee relations cases, partner with BU management, and lead key strategic HR projects across Sisk Rail and Fuse Rail.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR operations, Reward and L&D to deliver integrated HR solutions, while driving a high-performance culture and ensuring governance and compliance. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Business/Management (desirable).
• Robust knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working towards CIPD Chartership (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU management to deliver strategic HR solutions.
• Lead employee relations cases and ensure compliant case work.
• Develop and execute people plans with senior leaders.
• Analyse HR data and provide insights to BU leadership.
• Support change initiatives and organisational design projects.
