Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. You will partner with BU management, lead employee relations cases, and drive strategic HR initiatives across Sisk Rail and Fuse Rail businesses.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR operations, Reward and L&D to deliver integrated solutions, shaping the people plan to enable business outcomes and high performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases in partnership with BU management.
• Experience delivering HR programmes aligned with business strategy.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with managers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Design and deliver strategic people plans with senior leaders.
• Coach managers to build capability and drive performance across projects.
