Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an interim HR Business Partner to support the Driver community for a major UK rail operator. This senior role partners with Driver leaders to shape workforce planning, industrial relations and development across regional depots.

The position is a 3-month contract Inside IR35 with a day rate up to £300. Travel between depots Wales, Bristol and Bournemouth is required, reporting to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Business Partner with experience in safety-critical, unionised environments.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations.
• Proven ability to lead workforce planning and organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR support for Driver depots across the network.
• Develop and deliver workforce plans aligned to Driver operations.
• Manage industrial relations and negotiations with recognised trade unions.
