Job summary

Distinct | B Corp in Stafford is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract to support a pivotal leadership team and navigate change across a multi-site operation.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead organisation design, culture integration and capability development, with regular travel to UK sites. This hybrid role requires a five-day week through Christmas.

Senior HR Business Partner — Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Stafford, with regular travel to UK sites (Hybrid - 2 days from home)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a business at a pivotal point of change.

This is a high-impact FTC role supporting a newly formed leadership team within an evolving division of a complex matrix organisation. You’ll partner closely with senior business leaders, helping them navigate change, embed new ways of working and build the foundations for future growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with new senior leaders as they establish their teams and priorities.
• Supporting the integration of a newly formed leadership team and culture agenda.
• Leading and supporting organisation design activity
• Helping shape skills development activity for Mid-Senior Operational Managers
• Working with the new Senior Directors to assess priorities from their first 40 days and translate these into practical people plans.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding for new Leadership roles.
• Building trusted, commercially minded relationships across a fast-moving operational environment.

What we’re looking for

• Proven senior HR Business Partner experience in a complex, operational or multi-site business.
• Strong organisation design and change experience.
• The ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, pace and practical solutions.
• Experience supporting leadership-team formation, culture integration and capability development.
• Comfortable being visible in the business, including regular travel across sites.
• Available to commit to a five-day week through Christmas.
