Artemis Human Capital is partnering exclusively with a client to appoint a talented HR Manager. The role leads a small People team and collaborates with the Chief People Officer to deliver strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement and HR systems, while driving change and continuous improvement. Flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• Seasoned HR professional with broad generalist HR experience.
• Strong relationship builder with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two direct reports.
• Partner closely with the Chief People Officer and operational management.
• Provide guidance across complex employee relations and general HR matters.
• Support organisational change and ongoing business growth.
• Review and improve HR processes, policies and systems.
• Develop onboarding and induction processes.
