Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is partnering exclusively with a client to appoint a talented HR Manager. The role leads a small People team and collaborates with the Chief People Officer to deliver strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement and HR systems, while driving change and continuous improvement. Flexible working is available.

Qualifications

HR Manager | Multi-Site Organisation | Circa £60-70,000 plus annual bonus

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to partner exclusively in appointingan HR Manager to join their client’s growing People team.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and managing two direct reports, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who enjoys being close to the business while also having the opportunity to deliver meaningful HR projects.

This is not simply a transactional HR position. The successful candidate will have a broad remit spanning employee relations, people management, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, HR systems and organisational change.

You’ll work closely with managers across the organisation, building strong relationships and helping to develop a professional and commercially focused HR service.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and developing a team of two
• Partnering closely with the CPO and operational management
• Providing advice across complex ER and general HR matters
• Supporting organisational change and ongoing business growth
• Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and systems
• Developing onboarding and induction processes
• Supporting learning, development and skills initiatives
• Driving employee engagement and the employee experience
• Supporting recruitment and talent attraction
• Delivering key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partnerwho is confident operating autonomously and enjoys a varied role.

You’ll be a strong relationship builder with solid generalist HR and ER experience, alongside the ability to balance operational priorities with longer-term people projects.

Experience within a multi-site, operational, manufacturing, logistics,FMCG engineering or similarly fast-paced environment would be particularly beneficial.
