Job summary

The role requires MCIPD qualification, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a proven ability to coach leaders and manage stakeholder relationships in a manufacturing/engineering setting.

Qualifications

• MCIPD qualification and broad HR generalist experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience coaching senior managers and supporting organisational change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior managers.
• Lead employee relations and ensure legal compliance.

• Oversee learning and development, succession planning.
