NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is actively seeking a Senior Strategic HR Lead to join our Oxfordshire team and shape the people agenda. The role partners with senior management to drive growth, restructure, and develop talent in a manufacturing environment.

You will influence senior stakeholders, support business-wide improvements, and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. Competitive package and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in senior HR business partnering or strategic HR roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong track record in organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations and talent development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop people initiatives with senior management to support growth and long-term planning.
• Review structures and workforce requirements to improve efficiency and allocation of resources.
• Lead people-related projects involving business change and new working practices.
• Strengthen succession planning and develop talent to address skill gaps.
• Support managers to build productive teams, improve performance and create accountability.
• Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters and fair handling under UK law.
• Analyse workforce trends to recommend practical improvements in retention and costs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver consistent people practices and solutions.
• Contribute to senior planning ensuring people considerations are included in business priorities.
