Raytheon UK is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the UK leadership team and shape enterprise-wide people strategy. The role covers Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organisational Design within a complex, highly regulated defence environment.

Based in the UK at either Harlow (Essex) or Glenrothes (Scotland), this onsite position reports to the VP of HR and collaborates across a global matrix, delivering inclusive leadership and workforce

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to translate strategy into people initiatives.
• Strong data analytics to inform senior stakeholder decisions.
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑level talent strategies and career pathways.
• Expertise in organisational change and structured consulting frameworks.
• Robust project/program management delivering initiatives on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organisational Design.
• Partner with UK leadership and COEs to embed the People Strategy across the business.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior executives on people initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Foster an inclusive culture and align HR practices with defence industry regulations.
