Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join a growing HR consultancy and manage a portfolio of clients across sectors. You will blend hands-on HR advice with strategic people consultancy to support client objectives.

You’ll work with business owners, senior leaders and managers, navigating employment law, best practice and commercial realities, providing practical guidance by phone, email, virtually and onsite.

Qualifications

• Significant generalist HR experience with strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience in HR consultancy or multi-client environments is advantageous.
• Ability to advise and challenge senior leaders while balancing legal and commercial realities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships.
• Provide practical HR advice by phone, email, virtually and onsite.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
• Advise on absence, flexible working and other lifecycle matters.
• Support redundancy, restructure and TUPE processes.
• Develop policies, contracts and HR processes; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive leadership development through coaching and training; support business development.
