Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their growing team in the Leeds area. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering practical HR advice and supporting workforce change initiatives, including TUPE and redundancy, with travel to client sites as needed.

The role offers a £40,000 salary dependent on experience, plus a commission scheme with an OTE of up to £46,000 and a remote/flexible working setup.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR background, ideally in consultancy or multi-site org.
• Extensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases.
• Experience guiding organisational change, including TUPE.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide HR advice via calls, email and meetings.
• Build long-term client relationships and act as trusted HR advisor.
• Deliver practical, commercially focused HR guidance tailored to client needs.
• Lead HR reviews, audits, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support TUPE, redundancy and organisational change projects.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
