Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Professional experience in HR or closely related field.
• Must understand and appreciate cross-functional, global support services to be a successful business partner.
• Keeps abreast of HR state and federal laws by participating in professional industry organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Developed, polished communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to present complex information and represent HR in various meetings, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction through partnership with client groups to establish HR goals and objectives.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor employees.
• Support consistent adoption of HR programs across partnership areas.
• Identify and define employee engagement opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and support for Corporate Functions.
• Develop, implement and administer HR programs, policies and practices across client groups.
• Drive HR process improvement and change management initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Apply sound judgment considering global impact when developing solutions.
