Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain and Operations in the UK. The role provides financial leadership across the Peterborough manufacturing facility and UK logistics, partnering with site leadership to drive performance and resource optimization.

Responsibilities include maintaining P&L for Make/Deliver, delivering budgets and forecasts, and leading cross-functional projects to improve productivity, cost, and capital efficiency while upholding robust

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with a relevant degree.
Progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and supply chain processes (e.g., S&OP).
Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of business processes, systems, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership with Peterborough Plant Director and UK Logistics Director to define and implement cost strategies.
Hold full P&L accountability for Make and Deliver cost areas and support budgets and forecasts.
Oversee long-term plans, monthly close, reporting, and performance insights for the supply chain.
Drive standardization, continuous improvement and capital project governance across sites.
Ensure robust SOX controls and collaborate with Internal Audit to improve controls.
