Elevation Recruitment Group in Leeds is excited to partner with a market-leading business to appoint an HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll join an established HR team during a period of growth and transformation, handling ER case management with a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach and supporting managers across the business.

Alongside day-to-day casework, you’ll contribute to wider HR partnering, people projects and organisational change, build strong relationships

Qualifikationen

• Strong employee relations experience managing ER cases.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD.
• Confident influencing and guiding managers.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.

Aufgaben

• Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence cases
• Providing practical advice and guidance to managers, supporting investigations and formal processes
• Coordinating absence management, Occupational Health referrals, return-to-work plans and workplace adjustments, using data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Building strong relationships with operational managers, acting as a trusted HR contact and supporting the consistent application of policies and procedures
• Supporting wider HR partnering activity, including organisational change, employee engagement initiatives, people projects and cyclical HR processes
• Contributing to policy development, manager training and process improvements, using ER insights and colleague feedback to strengthen manager capability and the employee experience
