Imagine a role where you can combine your HR expertise with your business acumen to drive real results. As an HR Business Partner at Fasthosts, you'll be the trusted advisor to our leaders, helping them navigate the ever-changing landscape of HR and business as part of our local and global team.

We're at a time of growth and change and we're looking for someone who's not just an HR expert, but a strategic thinker who can help us achieve our business goals. You'll work closely with our leaders to understand their needs and develop HR plans that support their objectives. You'll also collaborate with our global HR team to ensure alignment with our international initiatives and best practices.

Since 1998, Fasthosts has been designing new ways to give customers everything they need to manage and control their online space. Innovation drives everything we do, ensuring we offer the latest internet technology across our range of services including domain names, shared web hosting, business-class email, dedicated servers, cloud servers, secure online storage, and online backup. We also maintain a highly successful reseller channel. As part of our UK HR team, you'll join a supportive team environment that's always up for a challenge. What will you be doing?

This is a varied role and responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with our leaders and help them achieve their goals
• Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
• Lead key HR projects from start to finish, including workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a variety of HR Topics
• Analyse HR data to help us make better decisions
• Come up with plans to engage and retain our employees
• Make sure we're complying with UK employment law and regulations
  
  

What experience do you need under your belt?

• You're a CIPD-qualified HR expert with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• You've got a proven track record of managing big HR projects and delivering results
• You're a strategic thinker with great business sense and an understanding of what drives an organisation
• You're a people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You're a problem-solver with strong analytical skills
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects
• You've got a good knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
• You've got experience in the variety of cultures and expectations inherent in working for an international organisation
• The ability to speak German is advantageous when working closely with our head office but is not a requirement for success in this position.
