  • Influence business strategy by providing relevant insights into workforce and culture, translating it into People Strategies, engaging with P&C CoE where appropriate, and building strong relationships with the COEs and People Services to support the implementation of people strategies and plans.
  • Provide leadership, facilitate change, and identify opportunities to unlock business value. Act as a member of relevant leadership teams.
  • Support the rollout of Global CoE policies and frameworks such as Talent & Succession Management, Connected Performance, Organisation Effectiveness, and Organisational Health reviews.
  • Work with senior leaders to support the rollout and embedding of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage, cascade, and monitor all Global processes in collaboration with the Head of People & Culture, guiding and coaching senior leaders.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, with strong influencing skills to support implementation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, along with experience in strategic workforce planning.
  • Ability to coach and influence senior managers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization and understanding of business complexities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for insights and storytelling to support data-led decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

What We Offer

In return, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, bonus scheme, pension, generous holiday entitlement, and flexible working opportunities. You will have the chance to grow, learn, innovate, and be part of our purpose to create a healthier future for our consumers.
