This generalist role involves HR reporting, performance management, and lifecycle activities to deliver a positive people experience and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience suitable for HR Officer/Advisor level.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience handling a varied caseload with proactive organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations activity and HR investigations.
• Help drive consistent HR policies, processes and best practice.
