Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Skelmersdale to support Central Functions and AD24. You will provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees, support employee relations activity, and help drive consistent HR policies across the business.

This generalist role covers strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, HR reporting, and performance management across the full lifecycle, contributing to an outstanding people experience.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience at HR Officer/HR Advisor level.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience handling a varied caseload with managers at all levels.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll processes and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations activity and policy implementation.
• Drive consistent HR policies, processes and best practice across the business.
