Job summary

Victoria n Plumbing is seeking an HR Advisor to join the People Services team in a hands-on role based at our Leyland and Skelmersdale sites. You will support managers on employee relations, keep HR records compliant, and help deliver training to build a strong, inclusive workplace.

The role requires UK employment law knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to HR across all levels of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• CIPD qualification or studying towards one is preferred.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law.
• Clear communication and relationship-building across all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures and provide expert advice.
• HR Administration: manage accurate, confidential records compliant with data protection laws.
• Training & Development: develop and deliver training programs to enhance team performance.
