Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking an HR Advisor for our People Services team in the UK. You will handle employee relations, advise managers, and ensure HR processes comply with UK employment law. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels of the business.

You will oversee HR administration, training, and development while promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Based at Leyland/Skelmersdale sites with some travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across all levels of the business.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures and provide expert advice.
• HR Administration: maintain accurate, confidential employee records compliant with data protection laws.
• Training & Development: develop and deliver training programs to help team members shine.
