Job summary

Michael Page HR is seeking an HR Advisor to guide managers and staff through the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure HR practices align with business objectives and UK employment law while delivering practical, confidential advice across employee relations and workforce planning.

You will lead recruitment for manufacturing operations, support talent development, and help create a positive, inclusive culture with strong stakeholder engagement. This permanent role offers excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• HR generalist background with advisory experience.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Degree or higher education or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers across employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance cases.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach managers on HR policies and best practices.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Manufacturing Operations.
• Support workforce planning and talent attraction for skilled roles.
• Contribute to succession planning and development programmes.
• Drive engagement and continuous improvement in culture.
