Cheshire West and Chester is seeking a Research and Performance Officer to support strategic planning, commissioning and enabling for all aspects of strategic housing. The role involves devising and operating management information systems to provide financial and performance monitoring.

The position is permanent, part-time (18.5 hours per week) and located within the Housing Policy and Strategy Team. You will monitor housing strategies, develop projects, and lead on performance data for Housing

Formación

• Sound analytical skills and experience in monitoring statistics.
• Ability to interpret data and understand housing need.
• Fully computer literate with working knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, delivery and monitoring of housing related strategies and projects responding to identified housing needs.
• Lead on the development and collection of performance management data for Housing Services.
