Job summary

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Policy & Performance Officer to lead on developing housing policies and strategies, including the Local Supported Housing Strategy. You will research housing needs, analyse performance data, monitor regulatory compliance and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with senior managers, housing providers and external partners to improve housing services and ensure regulatory compliance, supporting the Council’s long-term

Qualifications

Experience developing housing policies and strategies.
Ability to lead research and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Understanding of housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
Experience analysing housing trends and performance data.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior managers and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead on developing housing policies and strategies.

Produce reports and briefings for senior managers.
