• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced skills in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX).
• SQL (data extraction and modeling).
• Google Sheets (PivotTables, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Build & Modernising: develop a new Digital Housing Data Model, conduct gap analysis and assess legacy data quality.
• Tell the Story: translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and managers.
• Partner with Teams: embed within operational teams to understand daily challenges and co-design data solutions.
• Drive Performance: develop a performance management framework, lead reporting, and create predictive models to anticipate customer needs.
