Job summary

Westminster City Council is seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead data, insight and business intelligence for the Housing Needs service. You will drive performance frameworks, ensure data quality, and support strategic decisions with timely, accurate reporting.

You will oversee benchmarking, regulatory returns, and development of data dashboards, while leading a团队 to grow reporting skills and deliver actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data, insight and performance functions in a large org.
• Ability to translate data into actionable performance insights for decision makers.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach teams of analysts.
• Experience delivering statutory, regulatory or performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of performance frameworks.
• Coordinate data quality, governance and reporting across homelessness and housing services.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to senior leaders and elected Members.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support strategic decision making.
