Healix Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Corporate Healthcare Trust Solution for SMEs. You will lead consultative engagements with EBCs, intermediaries and corporate clients, turning opportunities into revenue.

Reporting to the Commercial Growth Director, you will build partnerships, manage a strong pipeline, forecast performance, and collaborate across commercial, operations and proposition teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within corporate healthcare or employee benefits.
• Strong understanding of the UK intermediary and broker-led healthcare market.
• Demonstrable success in delivering revenue growth through structured consultative sales approaches.
• Experience engaging and influencing HR, Finance, Reward and other senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead consultative sales engagements with EBCs, healthcare intermediaries and corporate clients.
• Deliver against agreed individual targets aligned to the wider commercial growth strategy.
• Progress strategic discussions and RFP opportunities through to contracted healthcare trust arrangements.
• Support prospective clients with benefit design, healthcare funding and governance planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with EBC and intermediary partners.
• Collaborate with brokers to design, position and price healthcare trust solutions.
• Lead responses to RFPs and tenders with solution design and proposals.
• Act as commercial lead on opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders.
