Healix Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Corporate Healthcare Trust Solution across small to medium-sized businesses. Reporting to the Commercial Growth Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to Employee Benefit Consultancies, intermediaries and corporate clients, leading consultative sales engagements and developing strategic partnerships.

Qualificações

• Experience in consultative sales with intermediaries and corporate clients.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to forecast, report and manage opportunities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consultative sales engagements with healthcare intermediaries and corporate clients.
• Deliver against agreed targets aligned to growth strategy.
• Progress RFPs to contracted healthcare trust arrangements.
• Support clients with benefit design, funding, governance and transition planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with EBC and intermediary partners.
• Collaborate with brokers to design, price and position healthcare trust solutions.
• Represent Healix Health in broker and client meetings.
• Lead responses to RFPs and tenders with solutions and proposals.
• Act as commercial lead on opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders.
