Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a strategic Social Value leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will embed governance frameworks, lead a multi-disciplinary Social Value team, and drive value across volunteering, reporting, and environmental initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Chief Impact Officer and senior stakeholders to prioritise investments and measure impact. This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and deep knowledge of ESG, DE&I, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Social Value, ESG and/or responsible business.
• Understanding of accessibility and disability inclusion frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of balancing social impact with business outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and investment decisions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and Executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the embedding of Allwyn's Social Value strategy and governance across the organisation.
• Provide direction to the Social Value team during capability building and process improvement.
• Develop scalable operating models, governance processes and reporting.
• Manage the Social Value budget and investment decisions with the Chief Impact Officer.
• Oversee Net Zero, DE&I, volunteering and community impact initiatives and reporting.
