Allwyn UK is seeking an experienced Social Value leader for a 12-month FTC to embed Social Value strategy, governance and processes across the business. You will lead capability building, cross-functional alignment and sustainable ownership, working with the Chief Impact Officer and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable social value outcomes.

You'll drive inclusion, DEI, governance, and net-zero initiatives, manage budgets and partnerships, and champion reporting across the organisation,

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in Social Value, ESG and/or responsible business.
• Understanding of accessibility and disability inclusion frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and investment decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of Allwyn's Social Value 2027 strategy to support Allwyn’s wider business strategy.
• Lead governance, reporting cycles and KPI framework for Social Value.
• Embed scalable Social Value operating models, governance processes and ways of working.
• Drive inclusion and accessibility initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage the Social Value budget and external partnerships.
• Oversee Social Value Fund delivery and impact measurement.
