Allwyn UK is seeking a determined Social Value Lead to drive the embedding of the Social Value strategy across the organisation. You will partner with the Chief Impact Officer and senior leaders to ensure governance, measurement, and sustainable delivery of social impact and Net Zero commitments.

You will build capability in the Social Value team, manage budgets and external partnerships, and help design scalable operating models to embed social value into business decisions and everyday

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Social Value, ESG or responsible business.
• Understanding of accessibility and disability inclusion frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance social impact with business outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and investment decisions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of social value measurement and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the embedding of Allwyn’s Social Value strategy, governance, and operating models across the business.
• Provide leadership to the Social Value team during capability building and process improvement.
• Manage the Social Value budget, supplier expenditure, and investment decisions.
• Deliver governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks for Social Value.
• Drive inclusion and accessibility initiatives in alignment with the Social Value strategy.
• Ensure risk management and controls for Social Value activities.
