Chanel in London seeks a Head of Internal Communications & Transformation to partner with Global Corporate Functions leaders, translating priorities into compelling internal communications and engagement programs. You will guide leadership messaging, organize HQ engagement moments, and drive change communication across large-scale transformations.

You will define metrics, apply insights, and push for a people-first culture while maintaining Chanel’s narrative and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal, executive, or change communications within a complex, international organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate priorities into clear communications.
• Strong expertise in employee engagement practices and metrics.
• Excellent strategic writing and storytelling for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic partner to Global Corporate Functions leaders and management teams to craft tailored internal communications.
• Lead engagement for corporate functions and HQ-based employee moments, ensuring a cohesive employee experience.
• Oversee communications for major transformation initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Define measures of effectiveness and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
